Sorbet, Fruit I (P, KLP, TNT)
Source: St. Louis Post Dispatch
Serves: 4-6

4 cups berries or sliced fresh fruit
1/3 to 1/2 cup granulated sugar (or both if fruit is very tart)
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons Raspberry Liquor (optional)

Place fruit in a single layer on a baking pan and freeze for several hours. Place frozen fruit and the rest of the ingredients in a food processor, process until just smooth.

Put in a freezer container or zip bag. Freeze for at least 1 hour. Keeps up to 12 months.

Poster's Notes:
Here is my contribution to pareve sorbet. I don't have an ice cream freezer so I was happy to find this recipe. It is very quick and easy and comes out wonderfully.
