Salad, Frozen II (P, TNT)
Source: Self and my friend Dianne
Serves: 30, but can be halved

1 17-oz. can apricots or peaches (halves), (drain and save the liquid)
1 17-oz. can crushed pineapple (drain and save liquid)
1 cup liquid (use the drained juice and add water to make cup)
1/2 cup sugar
3 10-oz. packages frozen strawberries, (thawed)
1 6 oz can frozen orange juice, (thawed)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 diced bananas

Heat liquid and sugar until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.

In bowl add liquid, then strawberries with the juice, orange juice, and lemon juice. Cut up apricots and bananas and add to mixture along with pineapple.

Spoon into foil cupcake cups placed in muffin tins and freeze until solid. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.
