Fruit Freeze (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 12

2 cups banana, mashed
2 cups orange juice
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
2 tablespoons lemon juice
10 strawberries; optional

Blend all together. Pour into 9" square pan.

Freeze about 2 hours. Beat and refreeze. Or freeze in ice cream maker.

This is sugar-free and fat-free, but delicious and refreshing.
