Poppy Seed Cookies II (Korjas) (P, TNT)

Yield: Depends on size of cookies

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
2-1/2 cup flour
1-1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds (I use double the seeds)

Cream sugar and oil! Add eggs, add rest. Roll thick, cut with glass for round cookies or slice into diamond shapes.

Can add vanilla (Aunt Mompsa).

Bake at 300°F for 20 minutes.
