Brownies, Pesach IX (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 12

1 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup matzo meal
1/4 cup potato starch
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix the sugar, oil and eggs together.

Add the salt, matzo meal, potato starch, and cocoa. Do not over mix. Stir in the walnuts.

Bake in 8"X8" greased pan, at 325°F for 25-30 minutes until toothpick inserted in brownies is moist but clean.

Poster's Notes:
My synagogue had a Women's Seder and I just wanted to share the recipe for the brownies we were served. They are the best Pesach brownies I have tasted. You wouldn't know they are for Pesach!
