Brownies, Chocolate I (P, TNT)
Source: Unknown
Yield: 16

2 cups best quality chocolate chips
2 sticks (1/2 lb.) margarine
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup toasted pecans or walnuts, broken into pieces

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt chocolate chips and margarine in the microwave about one minute.

Beat eggs and sugar in the food processor until light and fluffy. Add chocolate mixture. Add flour and vanilla and beat until just combine. Fold in nuts.

Pour into 9" square pan. Bake 35 minutes, until top is barely firm (it will firm up as it cools. Do not cook a minute longer.) Let rest 15 minutes before cutting.

Poster's Notes:
Everyone seems to be crazy about these. The secret is using the best quality chocolate chips, and do not bake a second longer than it says as they will firm up as they cool. They toughen if you bake them longer.
