Greek-Style Seasoning (P, TNT)

Yield: Approximately 1/3 cup

4 tbsp. oregano
6 tsp. ground fennel seeds
6 tsp. dried lemon grass
3/4 tsp. black pepper

Grind all ingredients to a fine powder in a high speed coffee mill.

Finely sieve into a container, then tightly seal.
