Ginger Oil (P, KLP, TNT)
Source: Adapted from a Cooking Live show on Food TV
Serves: 6 to 8

1/2 cup fresh ginger, peeled
1 cup oil

Slice the ginger. Simmer in oil for 1/2 hour. Refrigerate overnight or longer. Strain before using.
