Chicken Cholent, Crockpot I (M, TNT)

Serves: The quantities are variable depending on how much you want.

8 chicken legs (keep you from having bits of bones about)
1 cup rice
4 cups water
4 tbsp. onion soup mix
Herbs/spices to taste (I use pepper, paprika, and cumin)

Spray crockpot with PAM type spray. Dump everything but chicken in crockpot and mix.

Put chicken on top. Set crockpot on low. Enjoy for Shabbat lunch the next day.
