Sponge Cake, Chocolate Flake (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 16

2 oz. (50g) chocolate, flaked
8 eggs, separated
1-1/2 cups sugar
Grated rind of orange and the juice (I do not use the rind)
3/4 cup potato flour
1 package vanilla sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Beat the egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar. Then fold into the rest of the ingredients.

Pour into a tube pan and bake.

Poster's Notes:
I bake this in a wonderpot on top of the stove and it comes out great.
