Annice's Fruit And Cream Cake (P, TNT)
Source: Self
Serves: 12

6 portions chocolate cake
4 cups fruit (see note)
1 container Rich's Whip
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate sprinkles or chopped nuts for garnish

Cut the cake into small cubes (about 3/4").

Whip the Rich's Whip with the sugar and vanilla. Cut the fruit into small pieces (if necessary) and drain well.

Fold everything together gently.

Spoon into one big bowl or into 12 individual dessert dishes. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles or nuts. Refrigerate until serving time.

Poster's Notes: I used equal quantities of sliced banana, sliced strawberries, diced kiwifruit and pineapple tidbits. You could use any soft fruit in season, or well drained canned fruit. You could use other flavors of cake instead of the chocolate -- or even broken cookies.
