Cream Cheese Frosting I (D, TNT)
Source: "The New Myrna Rosen Cookbook"
Yield: enough for 1 9" round cake

1/2 cup butter
1 pound powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces cream cheese

Beat together butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in cream cheese by hand. Do not overbeat. Use on Carrot Cake (click here for recipe).
