Chocolate Glaze I (D/P, TNT)
Source: Norene Gilletz in "Pleasures of your Food Processor"
Yield: 3 cups

1-1/2 cups icing sugar -- (confectioners' sugar, castor sugar)
2 tablespoons milk or water
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate -- melted and cooled

Combine all ingredients and process for 6 to 8 seconds to blend, scraping down sides of bowl once or twice. Drizzle over your favorite Bundt cake.

Poster's Notes: My Pareve Chocolate Cake [in the archives] is a favorite of so many people. Kids really love it. I often use a chocolate glaze on this cake. This glaze is also excellent for sweet yeast doughs.
