Chocolate Frosting, Mother's (P, TNT)

Yield: Sufficient icing for 1 cake

1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup non-dairy creamer
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt butter; add cocoa, creamer, and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Add vanilla.

Stir rapidly for about 2 to 3 minutes. Spread over cake.
