Bread, Rosie's Banana (D, TNT)
Source: My mother-in-law
Serves: 6-8

1-1/4 cups flour
1-1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup chopped walnut or pecans
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease and flour pan well. Use any size and adjust the timing accordingly.

Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Mash and add bananas.

Combine flour, baking soda, and nuts. Add to mixture and mix until combined.

Pour into prepared pan and bake for about 35 minutes. Don't let it get too brown.

Poster's Notes:
This is my mother-in-law's TNT recipe. It's really good and very flexible. You can add more or less of most ingredients as long as you keep the proportions the same. Sorry some parts are vague but this is how it was given to me. Hope you enjoy!
