Chocolate Cake from Mix (D/P, TNT)

Yield: 1 two-layer cake

3-1/3 cups basic cake mix (click here for recipe)
9 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup milk, pareve cream or water
2 eggs, well beaten
2-1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 375°F degrees. Lightly grease and flour two 8" round pans.

Combine basic cake mix and cocoa in a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup of liquid and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add remaining 1/2 cup liquid, eggs, and melted butter or margarine. Beat 2 more minutes. Pour into prepared pans.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes, then cool on wire racks. Frost as desired.
