Banana Cake, Convenience (D, TNT)

Serves: 8-10

1 package white cake mix
1 package vanilla instant pudding (4-serving size)
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups ripe mashed bananas (3 or 4 large bananas)
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9"x12" cake pan or Bundt pan.

In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, mashed bananas, and oil. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes or until smooth.

Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool at least 30 minutes in pan on a wire rack before cutting.

Poster's Notes:
I like to bake the cakes in a fancy Bundt pan, drizzle frosting on them and then decorative sprinkles.
