Pancakes, Whole Wheat (D, TNT)

Yield: 6 to 8

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar or sucralose-type sweetener
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup milk or a little less so it won't be too runny

Mix all together and cook pancakes on a greased griddle or frying pan.

Poster's Notes:
Even DH thought they were good, and he won't eat anything healthy!

I plan to make "pancake mix" and put it in the freezer so I can just add oil and eggs whenever I feel like pancakes.
