Blintz Souffle V (D, TNT)

Serves: 6 to 10

12 frozen cheese or fruit blintzes, defrosted
6 eggs
1-1/2 cups sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. orange juice
Confectioners' sugar

Butter a 9"x13" baking dish. Place blintzes in a single layer in the bottom of the pan.

Blend remaining ingredients except confectioners' sugar and pour over blintzes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or until ready to bake.

Preheat oven to 350°. Bake uncovered until browned, approximately 45 minutes.

Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving.
