Rolls, Pesach I (P, KLP)
Source: The matzo meal box from "M. Snayde" in Brazil
Serves: 8-10

2 cups water
1 cup oil
3 tbsp. sugar or, if you want to make them salted, 1 tsp. salt
2 cups matzo meal
4 eggs

Bring to boil together the water, oil and sugar (or salt).

When it begins to boil, add 2 cups of matzo meal and stir with a wooden spoon until the bottom of the pan appears. Let cool.

Add the whole eggs, one by one, and stir well.

Make balls and put them in two cookie sheets slightly oiled.

Bake in high oven until they brown upside and downside and serve.
