Whole Wheat Challah, Vegan (P, TNT)

yield: 4 loaves

7-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar substitute
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. fermipan yeast
2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. gluten
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup natural sunflower seeds
2 cups warm water
1/2 cup oil, microwaved for 50 seconds

I put this all in the Kitchenaid mixer, and mix.

Let it rise once, shape, and let it rise again in pans. Bake at 350°F about 40 minutes.

Poster's Notes:
I have started making this whole wheat challah every Shabbos and it receives raves. I even sent a loaf with my husband this morning who is traveling to Winnipeg to visit his parents.

It's really delicious. You should try it.
