How to Make a Round Raisin Challah from Frozen Regular Challah (P, TNT)
Source: Self
Yield: 1 round challah per 1 frozen regular challah

Thaw the dough but do not let it rise. You probably can't unbraid it so just roll it all together in a ball and then into a long rope. Twirl the rope into a circle (turban-type). Let rise until doubled. Brush with egg wash (1 tbsp. water mixed into 1 beaten egg). Bake as directed on the package, just a bit longer to be sure the center is done.

If raisin Challah is desired, add about 3/4 to 1 cup raisins to the dough when you're rolling it into a ball. Then proceed to the long rope, etc.
