Smoothie, Apple Banana Berry (D, KLP, TNT)

Yield: 3 large 8-oz. drinks or 5 to 6 smaller (4 to 6 oz.) drinks

1 apple washed and core cut out (not peeled)
1/3 cup yogurt, plain or strawberry
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 banana
1/4 cup orange juice
1 to 2 cups ice

Blend well in a blender or food processor, and serve.
