Lahm-El-Gine (Syrian Appetizer Pizza) I (M, TNT)

2 pounds ground beef
2 onions, grated
1/2 can tomato paste
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup temerhindy/tamarind sauce
Cinnamon
Allspice
Salt
Red pepper flakes

Mix together and let it sit overnight, or a few hours. Spoon over mini pie round pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Freezes well.

Poster's Notes:
I made it today for Shabbos lunch tomorrow. I tasted a few for lunch today. DELICIOUS!!
