Hummus II (P, TNT)
Source: Composite of many recipes
Serves: 8-10

1 can [398 ml. or 14 fluid oz. or its equivalent] chickpeas/garbanzo beans  (save drained liquid)
1/2 cup drained liquid
1 scant tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup tahini
2 cloves garlic
freshly ground pepper to taste
3 tbsp. or 1/8 cup of lemon juice
parsley and paprika for garnish

Using a food processor--place all ingredients and process for 3 minutes or so until well blended. Chill for 2-3 hours.

Garnish with parsley and paprika before serving.
