Huevos Haminados III (P, KLP, TNT)

Yield: 6 eggs

6 eggs
Dash of salt and pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar (optional)
Onion skins from 4 onions (approximately)
1/4 cup coffee grounds (approximately)

Fill a medium saucepan (we use our tea kettle) half full with water. Add all ingredients. Cook on low heat for 8-12 hours minimum. Eggs will be brown in color and have a rich, creamy consistency.
