Tuna Tacos I (D, TNT)
Source: Unknown
Serves: 8 as an appetizer; 4 as a main course

8 taco shells
1 can tuna
1 jar salsa (pick the spice level of your choice)
shredded lettuce
shredded cheese (mozzarella is preferred)
1 container sour cream

Place the shells in aluminum foil, covering halfway up the sides (like a cradle). I do 2 or 3 together.

Layer the ingredients in the tacos as follows:
tuna, lettuce, salsa, cheese, and top with sour cream, covering the entire top of the taco shell.

Place the tacos in the foil on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F about 15-20 minutes or until the sour cream starts to get golden. Recipe is easily multiplied.

Poster's Notes:
This is a little offbeat dairy recipe that can add fun to your Shavuot meals.
