Spread, Avocado (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 1 as a main course, 2 as an appetizer

1 small or 1/2 large ripe avocado, chopped or mashed
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
1/2 to 1 small onion, chopped
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Mix everything together.

Poster's Notes:
This is my husband's favorite. He has it in a pita along with soup and/or salad for a light supper.
