Dip, Guacamole V (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 4

2 soft avocados, meat scooped out
2 garlic cloves, crushed, diced fine
Juice from half a lemon
1 tbsp. of olive oil
Some pepper, to taste
Red hot peppers, crushed, to taste

Combine it all and mash well so there are few clumps of avocado.

Poster's Notes:
It's a great appetizer after Motzei before soup on Shabbos.
