Yield: About 1-1/2 cups

8 oz. cottage cheese
4 oz. can pimentos drained
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot pepper sauce

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve with raw cut vegetables.
